20 Local Company Drivers Needed for a CDL-A intermodal position Be a part of the largest company-owned intermodal fleet in North America, which means no shared or poorly maintained pools. Enjoy expedited ramp access and container tracking, meaning less time in the yard!
- Averages projected at $57,000
- Home daily with consistent time off
- Online orientation through our Direct to Work program can limit onsite on-boarding time

Pay:
- .32 cpm (avg 985 miles/wk) - increase 1 cpm yearly until the driver reaches .42 cpm.
- Pay based on Hub miles.
- $28 Drop / Hook (avg 15 per week)
- $42 Live load / unload (avg 5.5 per week)
- $25 per hazmat load
- $30 per Refrigerated load
- $14 per hour detention at the customer - after 1 1/2 hours - $19 per hour after 2 1/2 hours
- $14 per hour detention at the rail yard - after 1 hour
- Weekly Average: $1,100
- Yearly Average: $57,000
- Top Earners Average: - $65,000
- Training: Average 4 days and payable at $200 per day
Time off / Shift:
- Account has multiple shifts available. The available shifts are consistently changing as drivers get hired and shifts fill. Driver will be placed on availability of open shifts at time of hire.
- Must work 5 days per week.
- Work 10 - 11 hours per day
