Job Description
- Competitive pay:
- Average is $1,245 - $1,359 per week / $64,000 - $70,000 per year
- Starting pay 57.5cpm
- Average 2,056- 2,189 miles per week
- Stop pay of $20 per stop
- Average 5-8 stops per week (depending on route)
- Detention and breakdown pay available
- Home daily, night shift position
- Working 5 days per week with 2 days off (not back-to-back)
- Route and responsibilities will be provided to the driver by Site Leadership
- A mix of reefer and dry van - reefer experience is not needed, training will be provided
- Hauling food products, miscellaneous goods, and furniture to customer's store locations in AL, GA and Ridgeland, MS

- 100% no touch freight
- Drivers able to bid on new routes twice a year

- Drivers must live within a 75-mile radius
- Minimum of 6 months' verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, no additional training required
- Minimum of 1-4 months' verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past year, 3 weeks of paid training
- Minimum of 6 months' verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 5 years, 1 week of paid training
- Drivers must have Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
- No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
- No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
- Essential functions:
- Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
- Count freight
- Complete fuel tickets
- Obtain sales leads
- Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only)
