Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member

Tropical Smoothie in Huber Heights, Ohio located at 6221 Old Troy Pike is looking for both full-time and part-time drew members. Tropical Smoothie is open 7am-9pm daily 7 days a week (including holidays). This positions requires an open availability schedule and can expect to work both weekdays and weekends. Our Crew Members need to enjoy a fast pace and lots of customer contact in a very hands on environment. Health and Dental Insurance are available for full-time employees (30+ hours weekly) at a cost of $40 bi-weekly after 90 days. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Handle cash transactions, including giving correct change and processing credit card payments
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
