Position Overview:

Verde Natural is looking for a professional, reliable team player to join its Harvest and Trim department. The ideal candidate will have experience harvesting wet whole plants and manicuring dry cannabis buds.

Responsibilities:

• Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Execute weekly harvests of plants.
• Execute all post-harvest flower processes – dry, cure, trim – and prepare product for sale or transfer
• Assist with the production of pre-packaged marijuana joints and eighths.
• Accurately package and label marijuana products; accurately document your production output.
• Acquire knowledge of strains, METRC basics, and state regulations.
• Competently follow directions from supervisors.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.

Qualifications:

• Colorado MED Key or Support Badge at time of application (required)
• 1+ year cannabis industry experience
• Take ownership and personal responsibility for the quality and productivity of their work
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to adapt, execute, and achieve results even as business needs, conditions, and responsibilities change
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform job duties while bending, crouching, lifting, and standing for long periods.
• Able to work at least 40 hrs./wk. consistently, including some weekend hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically 8:30 am – 5:30pm (some weekend hours required occasionally)

Compensation: Experience Dependent. Highly competitive.

Reports to: Trim/Harvest Lead
