SalaryJoin our Team! Aeriz Aeroponic Cannabis seeks to hire a Trim Technician to join a fast growing, dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. Strong candidates will have enthusiasm for cannabis and a collaborative, hardworking attitude. Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cannabis for packaging and distribution to dispensaries
- Log processing and trimming data on computer
- Help maintain and organize processing rooms/grow rooms
- Understanding of trim and Harvest Best Practices.
- Long hours harvesting medical marijuana.
- Efficient flower trimming and hanging skills.
- Experience with proper take-down and allotment procedures.
- General understanding of strains.
- Extensive attention to detail.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Experience in the horticulture or agriculture industry.
- Ability to work in various types of climates.
- Ability to manage high stress situations.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Skills & Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, while using scissors.
- Must be 21+ years old
- Pass a Background Check
- Must have an Arizona State ID/Driver's License
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
