Trim Lead - Phoenix

Mint Cannabis is seeking to employ a Trim Lead at our Encanto Location

Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, value teamwork, have professional integrity, a strong sense of personal accountability, and be career oriented.

This individual would be responsible for leading the trim team to process the plants post harvest and assist harvesting. Their main duties would include but are not limited to;
Job Description:

• Assign batches to the trim team so they can complete batches assigned by management.
• Keeping track of weights.
• Completing logs to stay compliant with the state.
• Monitoring dry rooms.
• Trimming finished buds.
• Bucking dried branches.
• Harvesting plants.
• Routine cleaning of work areas, dry rooms, and cultivation rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
• 1 year experience in a Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Facility
• Valid Identification
• Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01 and A.R.S. §36-2801.10

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of the grow warehouse.

Knowledge of the cannabis plant.

Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail.

WAGE: $14/hr
