Key Role:
Triage and review ticket information in ServiceNow for all applications included in the CPRS Sustainment SOW. Enter the appropriate information into Jira and generating reports. Work with end-users, developers, and other team members to recreate defects.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with monitoring ServiceNow alerts for new tickets across all CPRS supported Product Lines
Experience in reviewing ticket information in ServiceNow for accuracy and priority
Ability to enter ticket information in Jira on a timely basis
Ability to communicate with Tier 2 Analysts with questions regarding priority, product alignment, or missing details
Ability to generate regularly scheduled reports to confirm Jira and ServiceNow synchronization and accuracy
Ability to work with CPRS Project Managers to generate metrics on a weekly basis
Ability to work with Sustainment developers to review defects to determine if they are GUI or Mumps issues
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to recreate defects reported to determine if the system is working as designed or if there is an issue
Ability to work with developers and QA to determine if defect has been resolved based on initial reports
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
