Tree / Landscape Crew in Dedham, MA

Requirements:

- Must have at least 5 years experience with mature and ornamental tree care activities including trimming, pruning, reducing, and removals.

- Knowledge of different tree species and their specific care requirements.

- Experience with proper pruning techniques to promote healthy tree growth.

- Expert in safely operating hand saws, pole saws and pruners, and gas-powered chain saws.

- Landscaping skills including Hedge and Shrubbery trimming and shaping.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions all year long.

- Excellent attention to detail, ability to follow instructions accurately and to hear verbal instructions from a distance.

- Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor. Able to lift weight up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities:

- Perform tree and landscape maintenance.

- Assist in preparing trucks and materials needed for day’s work and stowing away at the end of the day.

- Shall help to maintain and keep track of all tools and/or equipment used in daily operations.

- Shall use all safety equipment and perform all jobs safely, making accident prevention a part of daily conduct.

- Shall be ready and willing to assist other crew members in all aspects of daily activities.

Full-time / year-round employment in Dedham, MA. Competitive Wages $25 to $35/ hour based on experience, benefits including retirement, health insurance, paid holidays, 1-3 weeks earned vacation depending on length of employment, annual bonus.
