The position Bagger Operator is trained to be proficient in every aspect of properly operating the Bagger at highest reasonable speed.
The Key responsibilities will include:
- Perform routine adjustments such as sealer, conveyor, bag speed, and scale weight.
- Capable of understanding and following HACCP requirements.
- Perform the routine quality duties: Accuracy, and metal detection.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. of product routinely and climbing a ladder to maintenance equipment from catwalk.
- Must be able to perform moderate to heavy labor under constant machine operation and other noise throughout the shift when required.
- Overtime is MANDATORY
