Treasury Vice President will:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between external counterparties
- Manage borrowing base calculations for multiple leverage facilities and banking relationships
- Assist in liquidity forecasting and planning in conjunction with trade execution and capital budgeting
- Review and Confirm FX settlements and balcances and recommend hedges if nexcessaary
- Process and analyze portfolio data to ensure it is accurate
- Review and analyze monthly compliance reporting and related calculations related to leverage facilities
- Assist with Investor reporting and portfolio data management
- Actively advise internal teams including deal team, fund management,operations about current and future rate-based exposures
- Assist in Negotiation of ISDAs and CSAs
- Monitor compliances with ISDAs and manage CSA threshold capacity by each entity
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of relevant work experience, which may include Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Loan Servicing and/or Loan Facility Compliance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Credit / Direct Lending-- Bank Loan experience is required
- Strong Excel skills required

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
