Job Description
Summary: The Treasury Specialist is responsible for warehouse bank paydown processing and provides support for Treasury operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Process investor purchase activity across warehouse banks to pay purchased loans off the warehouse lines.
- Compile investor purchase advice data
- Populate investor purchase upload templates
- Upload bulk files to Encompass
- Process loan paydowns across all warehouse banks
- Communicate with internal departments, warehouse banks, and investors
- Generate and distribute daily purchase activity reports
- Reconcile Encompass purchase data
- Reconcile warehouse bank unidentified wires to outstanding loans
- Support Treasury funding operations to cover peak volume periods and provide staffing coverage.
- Fund loans utilizing Encompass funding platform and tools
- Communicate with warehouse banks, internal departments, and external contacts
- MERS transfer processing
- Support Treasury warehouse operations
- Actively participate in Treasury projects
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline, preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with mortgage, warehouse funding/purchasing or applicable/transferable experience.
