TREASURY
- Spearhead short, medium, and long-term cash forecasts to guide investment strategies.
- Strategically manage vendor payments to optimize working capital.
- Own and enhance reporting of cash forecasts and cash flows, identifying insights and opportunities.
- Lead debt management, ensuring compliance and optimizing payments.
- Drive global banking relationships and system enhancements.
- Champion continuous process and technology improvements to boost efficiency.
- Support debt issuances and/or refinancings, enhancing the company’s capital structure.
- Manage credit rating agencies communications.
- Management of the lender call process including creating all materials and scripts and preparing senior manager for the quarterly calls.
FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (FP&A)
- Influence critical decisions with the executive leadership team and across the organization by asking the right questions and solving complex problems.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, trends, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and drive profitability.
- Prepare pro forma analyses for critical new projects to understand potential ROI of investments to push for project through approval process.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A and Treasury.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program. This is a full-time, remote position with a base salary range of $90,000 to $130,000, bonus eligible.
