SummaryThe Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the business online banking and Treasury Management products offered by First Financial Bank. This position provides excellent customer service to existing and perspective customers, as well as internal customers across all lines of business. The TM Specialist remains up to date on new products, product enhancements, and changes in systems, process, or procedures as they relate to treasury.

- Associates degree in business, accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of banking experience
- 2+ years of experience with bank operations, sales, and Treasury Management products preferred
- Experience with ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Banking, and Account Analysis.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software applications.
Primary Activities

- Support the daily operational duties and functions of the Treasury Management team.
- Serve as a customer contact representative for Treasury Management and products.
- Process applications and setups for Treasury Management products including ACH, positive pay, remote deposit capture, and online banking.
- Answer questions related to deposit products and applications in relation to Treasury Management from a customer and employee standpoint.
- Maintain and grow knowledge of Treasury Management products and services by staying up to date through trainings, research, and asking questions.
- Responsible for maintenance of Treasury Management customer setups.
- Verify the identity and follow proper process and procedure in relation to performing tasks on behalf of Treasury Management customers.
- Assist the Director of Treasury Management with special projects, upgrades, enhancements, and any other changes related to Treasury Management systems and offerings.
- Assist with the training, troubleshooting, and aiding Treasury Management customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with Treasury Management customers.
- Onboard new Treasury Management customers as necessary while adhering to Bank policy and procedure.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting of ACH exposure limits and updating limits in accordance with internal credit approval process.
- Monitor and report of Remote Deposit Capture limits and updating limits in accordance with internal credit approval process.
- Update educational materials for Treasury products.
- Assist with merchant services.
- Create reports as requested from the Treasury Management products administrative systems.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners and customers.

Bank Secrecy Act
