Treasury is responsible for day-to-day management of the firm’s retirement plan investments as delegated by plan trustees.

- Collaborating with investment consultants to prepare management reporting and portfolio analysis, including but not limited to, simulation modeling and risk analyses;
- Monitoring asset allocation to ensure compliance with investment policies and periodic rebalancing;
- Making recommendations to plan trustees regarding plan objectives, investment policies, asset allocation targets and fund selections;
- Preparing materials for the trustee meetings;
- Monitoring/evaluating performance of investment consultants and investment managers, and making recommendations to the plan trustees of any proposed changes;
- Executing investment changes on behalf of plans;
- Managing control processes/procedures so that plan investments are compliant with the firm’s independence policy to ensure auditor independence standards and regulations established by the auditing profession’s standard-setting bodies (e.g., AICPA) and by external regulators (e.g., SEC);
- Developing/implementing recommendations to drive efficiencies in current investment management processes; and,
- Driving best practices including RFPs to hire best-in-class service providers.
