Traveling Warehouse Order Selector (Equipment Operator)
Salary Range: $17/hr. – 19/hr.

What You’ll Do
Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers, as well as collect empty pallet boards and carry them to storage.
Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required.
Lift objects that weigh anywhere between 15 pounds and 50 pounds
Equipment operation experience is required.
Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited to electric pallet jack, and personal protective equipment. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and safely operate all mechanical equipment.
Hand select orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer
Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours on concrete floors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Show up each day with understanding and patience: no list can be comprehensive and sometimes, duties can change as needed, with or without notice.
What You’ll Need:
Must be able to travel out of state and have reliable transportation for driving long distances.
Travel is required.
Must be able to stand 8+ hours on concrete floors and position self to move according to directions.
Projects can range from 5 days to 3+ months at a time.
Frequently lift merchandise, fixtures, etc... up to 50 lbs.
Occasionally ascend and descend ladders.
Able to withstand and work in cold and wet environments.
Ability to understand directions given verbally and adapt to changing environments.
