Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Traveling Transformer Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about transformers, gaskets, and is highly knowledgeable about the Doble power factor, Leakage Reactance, DC Winding Resistance, TTR, and Megger. This position involves extensive travel and offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects in various locations.
Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the transformer team.
• Overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of transformers.
• Performing and supervising hot oil processing and gasket cutting.
• Analyzing and interpreting test data from Doble power factor, Leakage Reactance, DC Winding Resistance, TTR, and Megger.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with project managers and other supervisors to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with transformer construction projects.
• Inspecting work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure that specifications are met.
• Conducting regular training sessions for team members on the latest transformer technologies and safety procedures.
• Providing technical guidance and problem-solving support to team members.
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of necessary equipment and materials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with transformers, gaskets, hot oil processors, and gasket cutting.
• Proficiency in Doble power factor, Leakage Reactance, DC Winding Resistance, TTR, and Megger.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and adapt to various work environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in transformer maintenance and operation is a plus.
