Overview:

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Traveling Superintendent position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

· Seeking Superintendent experience with multi-family, residential, condo and or senior living

· Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills

· Must have experience with projects from $5 - $20 million in size

· Must have at least 5 years’ experience

· ProLog or Procore experience is a plus

· Ground up and renovation experience

A successful candidate will possess the following:

· A 4-year degree in Construction Management

· Direct experience in preferred fields

· Previous experience running projects up to $40 million

· A desire to do things right the first time

· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

· Understanding of shop drawing

· Ability to maintain schedules and budgets

· Market rate apartment experience

· Podium experience preferred

· Wood frame, ground up and renovations

Salary Range: $100-140K
