- Locate and mark position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors, using ruler, spirit level, and plumb bob
- Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings, using hand tools and power tools
- Cut and thread pipe, using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe-threading machine
- Study building plans and working drawings to determine work required and sequence of installations
- Inspect structure to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure resulting from installation of pipe
- Able to travel to project sites throughout the US

Experience:
- 5+ years of plumbing commercial and/or industrial experience / Journeyman
- 3 + years of plumbing commercial and/or industrial experience / Foreman
- Plumbing State license Master or Journeyman card preferred but not required
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, layouts, and specification (structural, architectural, civil, plumbing and cut sheets)
- Have basic hand tools and know how to use properly and safely
- Able to work with a vast range of materials and know proper installation of products listed below but not limited to:
- PVC DWV sch 40
- CPVC sch 40 & 80
- PEX
- Uponor
- Cast Iron
- Copper sweat, brazing & propress
- Carriers for WC, EWC, Lav, and urinals
- Hangers and supports Roof drains
- Water heaters
- Set all types of fixtures for finish
- Ice machines
- Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new construction setting
