We’re seeking Petitioners and team leaders to help us qualify a ballot initiative in Missouri!
This is an excellent opportunity to make money while working for a great cause.
About AMT
We are the nation’s largest Ballot Qualification firm.
That means we gather signatures from voters to put initiatives on the ballot. This gives voters the power to create change in their communities.
We have worked for two decades to put more power in the hands of voters.
Our team comes from diverse professional backgrounds. Some staff stay for a project. Others have been with us for 5, 10, even 15 years!
About YOU:
Outgoing and Social – If you’re energized by talking to people, this is the place for you!
High Energy -We typically work outside on our feet for a full day. You'll get your steps in here!
Confident –Persuasive and comfortable taking charge in social situations.
Resilient- Easily bounce back in the face of rejection. Just because one person doesn’t sign the petition doesn’t mean the next one won’t.
Adaptable -We typically work outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions.
Optimistic & Friendly – If you’re excited about our cause, the voter will be too!
Adventurous: Our staff love the #travellife – we work on projects throughout the US.
Before you Apply….
You must be comfortable living and working on the road.
You must be comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions.
You must be comfortable sharing a hotel room with a roommate.
You must be willing to work 6 days a week (overtime available).

18 or older with a valid government-issued ID.
This job requires travel. We pay for airfare and lodging.

Have a working cell phone with data.
Petitioning or campaign experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate!
Team Leaders and Project Managers need a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
