Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Technology Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowlege and proficiency in both Concur and Worldspan platforms. This role requires strong technical experise, problem-solving abilities, and excellet communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Severe as the primary point of contact for all Concur and Worldspan related inquires and issues.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff and external clients on both Concur and Worldspan functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions in travel operations.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and developments in Concur and Worldspan technologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Concur and Worldspan platforms.
- Strong understanding of travel industry processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.44 - $27.91 per hour
