Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Arkansas
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
