Pay Rate: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 gross per week

Schedule: Variable Shifts (Days & Nights) / Rotating Schedule: 36 Hours One Week/48 Hours the Next Week / OT After 48 Hours / Shifts may change and may need to cover day or mid shift

Call Schedule: None

Additional Details:

• Emergency Department consists of 11 bed Main ED, 6 bed ED Fast Track, and 7 bed ED Observation Unit
• All ED Nurses are expected to rotate through each of these areas regularly
• Nurses are assigned to Triage, Quick Registration, COVID Tent, and Entry Screening
• Nurses can expect to be assigned a different area at minimum daily, and may be rotated during their shift, depending on the patient volume and needs of the unit
• May be assigned to assist with COVID testing and/or immunization cllinic

REQUIREMENTS

• RN License (NY ONLY)
• Minimum (2) Years of ED Experience
• Must be willing to float to other departments as needed

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• ENCP
• TNCC

This is a 245,000 square foot acute care IHS hospital located in Fort Defiance, AZ. Hospital services include a 24/7 Emergency Department, Outpatient Services, 56-bed inpatient unit, including ICU, Medical-Surgical Unit (MSU), Labor and Delivery (L&D) and an inpatient Adolescent Care Unit (ACU).
