REQUIREMENTS
- RN License (NY Only)
- One Year Experience as a Clinical Nurse in a Hospital Required
- 9 Months Experience in Home Care Preferred
- Certified Home Health Care Experience Required
- Current Driver's License
- EPIC or Netsmart Experience Required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS
