Local Rate- $65.00 Travelers living more than 50 miles- $70.00hr
Intermediate Care / Progressive Care
All inpatient travel nurses must take a tele exam during orientation.
Must have NY license in hand
Nights - 7p-7a
48 hour guarantee
2+ years exp required.
ACLS, BLS required
COVID vax is no longer required.
EMR system: Epic.
Specialty equipment: Lift Equipment.
Common patient diagnosis: CHF, clean caths, arrhythmias, chest pain, weakness, STEMI, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Arrhythmia requiring antiarrhythmic medications, AICD discharge or malfunction, Rescue BIPAP/CPAP with compromised gas exchange, Drug toxicity, ETOH withdrawal, DKA/adult insulin, Pericardial catheter, Chest tube management, Post-operative revascularization, Septic patients, Post Cardiac Cath patient.
Required to float to like units - PCU and MS
