As a Travel Registered Nurse at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to explore new places while making a difference in the lives of patients across the country. You will work in various healthcare settings, collaborating with different teams and adapting to different patient populations.
Responsibilities- Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and evaluating patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to travel and work in various locations
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Location: Hagerstown, MD
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Length of assignment: 13 weeks
Hour Per week: 32hrs
Pay Rate: $1280-$1472 weekly based on experience
Bonus: $200 one time payment (on 2nd or 3rd paycheck)
Shift & Time: 1 Shift, 7:30am to 4:00pm
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years
License Required: RN License
