Minimum Requirements:
Active RN/LPN or appropriate State or Compact License
Degree from accredited nursing or specialty program
BLS Certification
Minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care setting
Other requirements for area of specialty or unit specific to be determined by client facility
Must be willing to complete necessary application, documents, background and drug testing.
Responsibilities:
As a healthcare provider you are expected to provide care appropriate to job outlined in this requisition. Work with patients with a wide variety of medical conditions and be well versed in the area of specialty applied for.
Complete assignments as made by unit manager, charge nurse, or physician
Provide routing treatments as ordered
Assess changes in patients' health status and communicate as appropriate
Perform treatments as ordered and indicated
Administer medications as ordered
Maintain detailed documentation of patient care including medications, treatment, status changes to ensure continuity of care between all team members
Adhere to best practices, standards, policies and protocols
Be willing to learn new practices and BE A TEAM PLAYER
