Requirements:
- VA is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 Year Experience
- BLS
- SNF Experience preferred
Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).Estimated Weekly Rate: $2133 per week
