Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Perfusionist for a rewarding opportunity in Houston, Texas!This is a temporary position with a duration of 13-26weeks, offering an immediate start date.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an L1 or L2 trauma hospital.
- Specialized skills in running the cardiopulmonary bypass machine (heart-lung machine) during cardiac surgery.
- Experience with ECMO, Balloon Pumps (IABP), Running Heart/Lung Machine (CABG), and Cell Savers.
- Willingness to be assigned to cell-savers and emergencies with an awareness of how to work in heart rooms as needed.
- Potential workload of 2-4 cell-savers cases and up to 2 heart cases a day.
Required Certifications:
- BS/MS degree in Perfusion.
- AHA BLS certification
- PALS certification
- CCP certification.
- Active TX state license.
