This position has night shifts available for 13 weeks, with a requirement to work 36 hours (3 12's) per scheduled week.

Shift/Qualification Requirements:
- Shift:Night Shifts, 36hour work week. Inpatientsetting.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks, with probableextension.
- Required Certificates: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and OCN/ONS Chemo Certification preferred.
- KYState License and/or pact License.
- 2+ Years of experience required.
- Candidates considered to this position must live 50+ mile radius away from the city of Louisville.

An Oncology Nurse is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an individualized plan of care that promotes quality of life and maximizes functional abilities. Oncology nurses play a significant part in the health care team, as they work in all aspects of cancer treatment andcare.
Oncology nurses integrate their technical skills, scientific knowledge, and caring attitude to aid those living with cancer, including their families starting from diagnosis, treatment, then survivorship to end-of-life care.
