Soliant Health, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse in Dickinson, ND!
Qualifications:
- Active ND License or pact license
- Minimum 3 years of recent OR nursing experience
- BLScertification required (ACLS and PALs a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room
- Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and sterile environment
- Collaborate with the surgical team to prepare patients and equipment
- Monitor and assess patient's condition before, during, and after surgery
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
