Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:

• 16 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.
• 6 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 80 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission.
Must have minimum of 16 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Must have 16 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.
Facility does not accept any license hits.

Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.

NIHSS from AHA, Apex, AACME, or Bluecloud only. Healthstream Certs are not acceptable.
