o Day Shift - Director - Manager - Supervisor - 4-8 Staff Therapists
o Night Shift - Supervisor - 4-8 Staff Therapists
• Patient Ratios - NICU 1 RRT minimum
• Type of equipment - Avea / Bella Vista / Bunnell Jet Vent
• EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Must have at least 2 years level 3 NICU experience including attending high risk deliveries and C-sections.
• Must be RRT with at least 5 years experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• CLS, PALS, NRP
• NPS credential

• If volume allows, may be floated to PICU / Pedi / Adult Care
