A-Line Staffing is now hiring Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse in Jackson, MI. The Travel Med/Surg Registered Nursewould be working a 13-week travel contract for a recognized hospital in Jackson, MI.

Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse Compensation

• $450.00 nontaxable, $1,350.00 taxable weekly pay = $1,800.00 total weekly pay
• Must live 50 miles away from Jackson, MI for stipend
• Local Rate: $50.00/hr

Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse Highlights

• This position is a 13-week contract assignment
• The required availability for this position is 7AM-7PM (EVERY OTHER WEEKEND AND EVERY OTHER HOLIDAY)

Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

• WORKER REQUIRED TO FLOAT TO AN EQUAL OR LESSER ACUITY IF REQUESTED
• 2+ YEARS OF GENERAL MEDSURG UNIT EXPERIENCE
• BLS CERTIFICATION FROM AHA
• RN license in active and in good standing status in the state of Michigan
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
