Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in a hospital setting required.

Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:

   • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
   • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
   • Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
   • Provide patient education on post-operative care, medications, and overall health maintenance.

2. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
   • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
   • Actively participate in patient care conferences and team meetings.

3. Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
