Must have
VT LPN certification
1 year LPN experience
Current CPR/BLS
What you NEED to possess as a Licensed Practical Nurse:
1 year LPN experience
Current LPN
TB results with in the last year
COVID Vaccinated
Current CPR/BLS
Physical
Flu Vaccine/Declination
Caring attitude

Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 80 per week
