• Endurance: They navigate continuous movement, bending, reaching, and extended periods of standing with the stamina needed for a seamless cleaning session.
• Strength: From lifting furniture to vigorous scrubbing, their prowess in these tasks ensures efficient completion without strain.
• Agility: Moving around furniture, accessing high or low areas, and swiftly transitioning between tasks showcases their nimbleness, maximizing productivity.
• Flexibility: Their ability to reach tight spaces and clean low surfaces with ease demonstrates their flexibility, ensuring no corner goes untouched.
• Balance and Coordination: Whether perched on ladders or step stools, their balance and coordination guarantee safe and thorough cleaning in every nook and cranny.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning duties in various settings, including offices, commercial buildings, and residential properties
• Dust, sweep, vacuum and mop floors and surfaces to remove cobwebs and dirt
• Sanitize and disinfect kitchens and restrooms to prevent the spread of germs and cross-contamination
• Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste promptly/properly and replace liners
• Clean mirrors, and other glass surfaces streak free
• Maintain cleanliness, and clear clutter of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and sitting areas
• Follow best practices cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Use the mobile app to check in, chat, upload photos, and submit close-out reports.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Skills:
- 2 years experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners , color-coded microfober cloths
- Ability to launder and clean linens and towels
- Knowledge of speeding cleaning techniques, including organization and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients or residents

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $1,500.00 per week
