Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Culinary Degree from an accredited university, college, or culinary association
- 5+ years' experience in a similar culinary management position in retail, manufacturing or education dining
- Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills including Microsoft
- Ability to work a flexible weekly schedule, possess a valid state driver's license

Job Description:
- Manager Account coverage for corporate and education dining services including culinary and service operation
- Execute all menus, including daily meal service and catering; modifies the menu based on food trends, costs, patron requests, and seasonal availability
- Weekly inventory, knowledge of on-line catering and order systems, purchasing and all food safety protocol
- Manage labor, work schedules and employees
- Superior customer service skills are required; will interact daily with our customers and client
- May assist with special corporate projects or events
