Travel Associate For Gds

Looking for a Travel Associate with at least 5 years of experience of working on the GDS.

This position requires thorough knowledge of the intricacies of air ticketing on the GDS.

Excellent communication, particularly telephonic and digital communication. Additionally, the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, and a passion for delivering outstanding positive customer experiences.

### Major Duties:

- Air ticketing on the GDS,

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner,
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information, and address concerns,
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations,
- Assist with event planning and coordination,

- Train, mentor and supervise new staff,

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and all laws and regulations.

### Qualifications:

- Demonstrable knowledge and expertise of intricacies in the application of the GDS.

- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with tact and professionalism,

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
