The candidate we are looking for needs to have strong in analytical skills, presentation skills with creating Power Point slides, database knowledge and extensive knowledge of excel (creating macros, manipulating spreadsheets and extracts).
Work with our internal Travel team to coordinate calendars and deliverables on the project plan. Assist all hotel and chain representatives with the RFP tool and coordinate all extracts (current and new) from the database. Own the master excel template and assist with managing all changes to the template (macros and extracts). Create and assist with all Power Point presentation. Liaise with all hotel suppliers to ensure the submissions are provided on time.
Skills:
Strong Windows, Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (charts, macros) and Word
o The ability to create and maintain client marketing Power Point presentations
Effective communication skills (Verbal and Written)
o The ability to speak to a outlined process on conference calls and comfortable speaking with hotel sales reps
A hospitality background is desired but not required.
