Travel Assignment - Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) Nursing Job

Sunbelt is looking to hire a SICURegistered Nurse to join staff for a contract assignment in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidateenjoys traveling and has 2 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

   • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current nursing license.
   • Current MA RN License, BLS, and ACLS required. ICU experience Tele required. COVID vaccinations and booster required, flu vaccination required.

2. Certifications:

   • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.

3. Experience:

   • Previous experience in SICU nursing is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.

Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:

   • Provide comprehensive nursing care to newborns in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assessing overall well-being.
   • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates.

   • Conduct ongoing assessments of neonates, identifying signs of distress, changes in condition, and potential complications.
   • Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track vital signs and respond promptly to any abnormalities.
