$15.00/hr minimum - $18.75/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)

- Responsible for greeting, escorting and transporting patients and visitors
Safety
- Manages processes effectively in regard to employee/patient safety.
Record Keeping
- Maintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents as required, including but not limited to payroll, schedules and status changes.
Process Improvement
- Promotes a culture of process improvement by establishing unit/department based programs that supports the system & process improvement goals.
- Actively participates on system-wide or hospital-based teams.
Greets, escorts and transports patients and visitors.
- Collaborates with auxiliary staff.
- Lead: Assigns greeters/transporters to designated areas.
- Lead: Addresses customer complaints.
- OR Transporter: Assists staff in turning over rooms.
- OR Transporter: Assist in cleaning surgery rooms.
- OR Transporter: Assists in pulling instruments for cases.
- OR Transporter: Assist in cleaning surgery rooms.
- OR Transporter: Assists staff in turning over rooms.
- Lead: Addresses customer complaints.
- Lead: Assigns greeters/transporters to designated areas.
- High School diploma or equivalent
