Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing equipment i.e. civil engineering support equipment (CESE), to include utilization, maintenance, assignment and replacement; 2) Supporting CNIC and tenant missions to include the Physical Security, Fire and Emergency Services, Fleet Readiness , and supporting various customer reimbursable tenants and customers; and 3) Overseeing Weight Handling Equipment, Material Handling Equipment training and licensing, Mobile Equipment Work Platform (MEWP) training and licensing, and Passenger bus training and licensing. Successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree with a major study in accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management,statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, nautical science, marine affairs, marine engineering, marine transportation, or other fields related to the position.

Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
