Transaction Coordinator

A Transaction Coordinator is detailed, organized and thrives in a fast paced work environment. They enjoy client interaction and problem solving. This role manages a Real Estate transaction from contract to close, creating a seamless experience for clients. You will never be bored in this role! There is always something new and exciting going on in the world of Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between agents, clients and other parties involved in transaction

• Create and maintain transaction file timelines

• Maintain accurate files

• Communicate with all parties regularly

• Establish relationships with local vendors to ensure smooth transactions

• Be the first point of contact for clients during transaction

• Coordinate closing and confirm clients are prepared

Qualifications

• Customer service skills

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Highly organized

• Willing to obtain Real Estate License

• Proficient computer skills

• Prior Real Estate experience welcomed, but not required

• Desire to work in a fast paced environment
