Position Summary:
Potawatomi Training, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualifiedTraining Support Specialistwhoprovides oversight of the administrative support and daily operations for the Non-Resident Training Programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains Non-Resident/Academy training calendars and internal schedules/spreadsheets
- Communicates/serve as liaison to Hosting Agencies or Training point of contact
- Provides on-line registration instructional support for Non-Resident training courses
- Conducts final Quality Control Review (QCR)/verifies required course documentation/graduates courses in database system
- Provides weekly statistical training data to government staff and as requested
- Collaborate with and assist various government staff and contractors regarding Non-Resident training questions or to resolve issues
- Coordinate with Statistical Specialist to finalize student numbers
- Provide statistical data for monthly reports to Non-Resident/Indirect Training Team Lead
- Assist in performing required Quality inspections for Non-Resident Training programs
- Participate on student services in-processing/graduation team as needed
- Attend meetings as required
- Work effectively with a team

- Must work occasional weekends and flexible hours
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required
- Two (2)+ years of clerical experience
- Must possess excellent Customer Service skills
- Must possess and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge and experience in computer software applications to include word processing, database, and spread sheet
- US citizenship and the ability to successfully pass a law enforcement and financial background investigation to obtain a Government security clearance.
