Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Disseminates training plans and schedules to operations leaders
- Works directly with LMS Manager to upkeep training systems, reporting, overall maintenance of systems (LMS System and sometimes multiple OQ required systems)
- Administers computerized/online training and proctors OQ testing activities to ensure the OQ program maintains integrity (As needed)
- Maintains attendee records, monitors attendance
- Reports testing completion progress to operations leaders
- Assists training attendees with iPad use and navigation of the learning management system (LMS)
- Assists LMS Manager in the development and updating of training materials
- Provides general administrative support, as assigned, to Training Department leaders & LMS Manager
- Create and send out employee badges for contractor specific requirements
- Assists in some employee training scheduling
- Other duties and special projects, as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years clerical/administrative experience
- Proficient computer skills, including intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Strong desire for proficiency in working with Excel, Smartsheet’s, SharePoint
- Basic iPad navigation skills, with the ability to troubleshoot routine navigation and/or LMS issues that arise with attendees
- Ability to maintain positive, professional demeanor
- Capable of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate with a variety of individuals and personalities at all levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks

Working Conditions:
- This position requires the ability to work in an office, shop setting and on active construction sites. The work environment can vary and may include a controlled office setting, and/or exposure to outside elements.
