The Opportunity:
- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning and development strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and performance gaps across the organization to achieve organizational objectives.
- Identify and develop management and leadership development programs including course/program content, facilitation, coordination, communications, and evaluation.
- Present training and development programs using various modalities including classroom or virtual facilitator-led training, presentations or on-demand learning management systems (digital).
- Utilize and manage LMS software or platforms to track and deliver training content to employees, assign courses, and generate reports.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development by promoting internal resources, self-paced learning opportunities, and knowledge sharing initiatives to help grow a new generation of leaders within HFA.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR and learning and development to recommend innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, a related field, or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive learning and development experience
- Experience designing and implementing management and learning programs, learning aids and cultivating a strong learning culture.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Professional certification(s) in L&D (APTD, CPTD), HR (S/PHR, SHRM-S/CP), coaching (ICF), and/or vendor-specific methodologies (DISC, Crucial Conversations, StrengthsFinder) helpful and preferred.
About Us:
- Starting Pay: $80,000/year. The posted wage is the current starting wage for this position. Actual wage is dependent on the applicant’s relevant experience and qualifications for this position.
