Edwards Performance Solutions (Edwards) Commercial Cybersecurity team is growing and needs your help coordinating and monitoring delivery of cybersecurity-related training solutions. This is considered an entry level position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate virtual instructor-led training (VILT) events including managing, tracking, maintaining, and executing detailed master training schedule
- Coordinate with Training & Development (T&D) Team regarding materials, evaluations, and attendance for all training events
- Utilize Edwards website ecommerce function to manage online bookstore and ecommerce transactions
- Leverage the LMS in order to create, manage, and maintain learning events including uploading of resources, course activation, message templates, session times, evaluations
- Assist in researching and editing content for exam study guides and instructor slides
- Coordinate with contributing authors on content writing assignments and editing for blogs, whitepapers and social media posts
- Coordinate with Instructional Designers to ensure course development and maintenance
- Provide inventory control of training materials and work with printing company to publish and ship materials
- Support documentation regarding standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Serve as primary POC for customers, assist with cancelations/reschedules, user access, and ad hoc LMS questions
- Work with instructors to facilitate training via various platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams), provide general tech support, set up and monitor breakout rooms, polling, and manage participant activities
- Track and report course activity, enrollments, and completions
- Compile, track, and report results of course evaluations; make recommendations based on feedback
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers
- Work with IT and Accounting to manage ecommerce functionality and transactions
- Ability to administer and troubleshoot online virtual platforms like Zoom and Teams
- Technically proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and virtual meeting platforms
- Must be able to multi-task and work within stringent internal and customer deadlines
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, researching, and formatting skills
- Ability to work well independently

- Experience in administration, office management, or coordination of a training or related program
- Familiarity with basic Cybersecurity terms and topics
