Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the training assignment matrix for the organization.
- Fill out new vendor request forms.
- Schedule and coordinate training providers.
- Analyze training completion data.
- Using Workday LMS create courses and record assignments and completions.
- Create purchase orders to pay for course registration fees.
- Identifying suitable training providers that align with our client's needs.
- Assisting with domestic and international travel arrangements for training participants, including transportation, and accommodations.
- Communicating effectively with clients, trainers, and participants to ensure smooth operation of each course.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of trainings and reporting on these evaluations to management.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple training schedules simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in any field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in event planning and logistics management.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
