Training Coordinator Intern

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the training assignment matrix for the organization.
• Fill out new vendor request forms.
• Schedule and coordinate training providers.
• Analyze training completion data.
• Using Workday LMS create courses and record assignments and completions.
• Create purchase orders to pay for course registration fees.
• Identifying suitable training providers that align with our client's needs.
• Assisting with domestic and international travel arrangements for training participants, including transportation, and accommodations.
• Communicating effectively with clients, trainers, and participants to ensure smooth operation of each course.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of trainings and reporting on these evaluations to management.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple training schedules simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in any field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in event planning and logistics management.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Chicago, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
