The Training leader will provide expertise in designing, leading, and managing the training and competency program for IVG.
As a Training & Competency Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Focusing on technical product training by setting up the program in partnership with the leadership team, and designing the competency management for the program.
- Providing expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing training solutions for a business.
- Starting off as an individual contributor, and will eventually become a people leader managing competency coordinators, trainers, whose main task is to deliver the training content, and measure progress.
- If in Houston, TX - position will report to office location/hybrid. If hired in other locations, position could be hybrid or fully remote.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
- Have at least 5 additional years of experience in Training Design development and Delivery in the Industrial space.
- Demonstrate ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established project management skills.
- Have the ability to lead programs / projects on a regional or global level in the industrial space.
