Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our customers and employees. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives to enable our customers to make the most of our Arkalytics platform. The Training and Enablement Specialist will work to understand customer's analytics needs and map those use cases to our product offerings and recommend training programs. Additionally, the Training and Enablement Specialist will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development and Delivery:
- Design, develop, and implement training programs (Arkalytics, Data Governance, Data Visualization, Data Analysis) that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and documentation.
- Deliver technical (SQL and Tableau) training sessions through various channels, including in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and webinars.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during training sessions.
- Manage and administer our Learning Management System (TalentLMS)
- Foster an interactive and participatory learning environment that promotes knowledge retention and application.
- Enablement Strategies:
- Develop and implement enablement strategies to ensure employees can effectively apply acquired skills in their daily tasks.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to reinforce learning and development initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and align training initiatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Marketing, Sales, CSM and Service Delivery teams to ensure that product changes, updates and new releases are communicated effectively and clearly internally and externally
- Evaluation and Improvement:
- Establish evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve and refine training content and delivery methods.
- Evaluate training program weaknesses and update trainings to close gaps
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in BI tools and related technologies, including SQL, Tableau and Snowflake (or similar).
- Hands-on experience with technical instruction of SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake (or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to a variety of audiences.
- Strong instructional design and content development skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Proven experience as a Training and Enablement Specialist or in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS environment, is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles.
- Financial Services experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or related field a plus, but not required.
